Action Rider Matrix English Saddle Pads - Woolback

These Action Rider Matrix English Saddle Pads - Woolback were designed with you and your English saddle in mind. Action Rider worked with the saddle pad experts at the Toklat Matrix laboratories to produce saddle pads that are a great fit for all treed and treeless English saddles. This design is perfect for all Barefoot and Freeform saddles - seat width, length and flap width is larger to fit these treeless saddles. This Action Rider Saddle Pad features 3 extra Velcro tabs to keep your pad in place. Two on either side of the pommel, and one in the center back at the cantle. It also has a two-piece Velcro girth strap to make it easier to put on and off your saddle.

This saddle pad is designed with a Velcro opening on the spine to add inserts. Inserts are recommended with all treeless saddles.

When you ride, you like to know that you are stable and supported and these full-sized pads give you maximum protection when riding in your English saddle. At a glance these pads look traditional, but looks aren't everything! All wrapped up inside of the Action Rider Matrix English Pads is some very advanced technology. Critical muscle groups are supported through the ergonomic design of the pad's lining. This also provides protection and gives a maximum range of motion when riding.

Matrix Saddle Pads use Woolback® as the bottom lining for this particular pad. It is made of quality sheep fleece, but blended with a tiny amount of polyester. This blend still has a lot of the same properties as pure wool, but has a more resilient, durable pile. The Woolback® offers concussion protection and comfort for your ride, no matter if on the trail or in a show event. It is also highly breathable, with superior moisture wicking and heat dispersal.

The hi-tech etc™ Fabric gives great grip. Usually a non-slip saddle pad depends on friction for grip, but friction creates heat. However, the etc™ fabric is anti-friction heat build-up is minimized. The surface is stain resistant, and the entire pad is easy to clean.

Part of the pad's design includes a spine-closure pocket for inserts. Inserts sold individually on this website. Made in the USA.
