Action Rider Tack uses Federal Express Ground or USPS Priority Mail for shipments. Please call if you would like to expedite your shipment or request a different shipper (additional costs may apply).
Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. or internationally will be billed for the actual shipping costs which will be higher than what is quoted below or during the checkout process. Any necessary increases to the shipping cost will be e-mailed to you when your order is processed.

Returns
Please contact customer service 877-865-2467 to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping anything back to Action Rider Tack.
Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to Action Rider Tack within 21 calendar days of the original shipping date of when the item's were shipped from the warehouse to you or the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returned or exchanged items must be in unused condition and with all tags. If Action Rider Tack does accept any item that has been used, or is missing tags, there will be a restocking fee or rental fee.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchanges.
When shipping a return, you are strongly advised to insure your shipment and obtain a tracking number. Action Rider Tack will not provide a refund or exchange if your package is not received.
Special orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.
If you return an item's purchased with a free shipping promotion, the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
Failure to observe any of the above may result in shipping and handling charges for any items that have to be returned to you due to failure to observe these guidelines.
