| The unique design and high quality construction make this the ideal way to feed
hay to your horses. The 2" or 1.5" openings, one on each side of the bag allow the
horse to "graze" for his hay in a much more natural way. Instead of gulping
down big mouthfuls, he has to work for the hay, one bite at a time. This slows
him down, which is much healthier for his digestion, and keeps him busy much
longer. The Slow-N-Slower NibbleNet® provides openings on both sides, making it possible for two horses to "graze" through a fence such as pipe panels at the same time. Or you can choose to use the bigger 2" squares for times when you want your horse to take in more hay, or the smaller squares for the more portly horse. The design of the NibbleNet® is such that there is also much less waste of hay, while letting chaff and dirt fall through the bottom and away from the horse. Well suited for endurance horses, travel and camping, shows, stalled horses or dry lots. 3 hanging straps included - 2 on the top, 1 on the bottom. |

Tech Info
The side fabric is an 18 ounce heavy duty vinyl made to be outside in the harsh elements. It has superior tear, puncture and abrasion resistance. It has excellent UV and weather protection and is rated to -40 degrees. However, remember that horses are 1000 pound animals and are capable of destroying things - they like to rub and chew. So, please don't leave The Nibblenet hanging empty or unattended for long periods of time. All NibbleNets ® come with two sets of D-rings on the top. The top strap with the snap hooks clip the bag closed. Horses are not able to get the hay out from the top. They also come with D-rings on the bottom corners for attaching the optional bottom strap.
Your NibbleNet has been designed in a vertical fashion. When properly stuffed, the flakes of hay should sit well below the top of the bag. If you overstuff the bag and leave hay sticking out of the top, you will teach your horse to try to eat out of the top! Please do not do this as you are defeating the purpose of the NibbleNet and put abnormal stress on the top d-rings from the horse trying to force his head into the bag.
We recommend that The NibbleNet ® be hung in a suitable place free from sharp objects and abrasive surfaces for the longest life possible. We also recommend that you secure the bottom of the bag to keep the bag stable for your horse and to give him something to pull against.
The NibbleNet® is designed with webbing on the bottom, so the dusty chaff can fall through and away from the horse. This feature is also wonderful for those that wish to soak their hay. The entire NibbleNet ® can be submerged in a muck bucket full of water or you can just squirt the hay inside The NibbleNet® with a hose.
HINT: If you hang your NibbleNet with the strap attached to the two (2) d-rings on the back (snap hooks facing you), the front of the bag will hang open and you can slide flakes of hay into The Nibblenet like putting a pillow into a pillow case.Reviews
