making life a little easier
- great for working dog or trail companion dog
- durable, waterproof
|
Making things easier? Heck yeah! You're out in a field or on the trail and lost sight of your trusty side companion. He's just SO much easier to spot when sporting safety colors. The vibrant colors will keep him out of a hunter's gun sight, too.
Perfect for the working dog. Doesn't matter if he spends time in the water - these were practically made for water! Wash off to clean. Stays in great condition even after many exposures to water. Soft and comfortable for your dog to wear. Doesn't get stiff with time and you won't have any troubles spotting your pet if he's within eyesight range! Color choice(s): Base color and overlay can be combined as one, or mixed (two-tone). Image: Neon Green/Safety Orange (Overlay). Stainless steel hardware. Other collars, leashes and sets available on our website. Custom sizes available. Check out our "Tech Info" tab for color swatches and more information. See our great range of ALL Taylored Tack products HERE. Returns: Please note - Taylored Tack items are considered custom orders. All custom orders are non-returnable. Taylored Tack will gladly make minor adjustments, free of charge, provided the customer pays for postage. |

Return to Top2. MEASURING FOR A DOG COLLAR
| Even though your new dog collar is
adjustable, it is important to measure your dog carefully for his
comfort and your peace of mind. You will not want the collar so loose
that is slips over the dog's head or so tight that he can't breathe
properly. If you are satisfied with the fit of your dog’s current collar (refer to diagram at right), measure that collar from the center bar of the buckle to the hole that best fits your dog. Ideally you will want the center hole to be your perfect fit. Our collars are sized according to this measurement, not to the over-all length of the collar. If this is your dog’s first collar or you need a collar in a different size, using a fabric tape measure, measure around the dog’s neck with an allowance for 2 fingers to fit between the dog and the collar. Keep in mind that you don't want the collar too loose that it slides over the dogs head. We've all been down that road! Return to Top |
