Fly Armor Replacement Insect Repellent Inserts are economical, eco-friendly, all-natural custom-made inserts for Fly Armor™ gear. These fly and insect repellent pads are a citronella-scented blend of unique essential oils that are extremely effective against flies, gnats and mosquitoes. They aid in the prevention of West Nile Virus and have been thoroughly tested in lab and field conditions. Protects animals' heads from bothersome flying insects. Can be used in Fly Armor™ equine and canine gear.

Long-lasting protection - pads provides approximately 4 weeks of continuous protection once opened, and are easy to insert in your Fly Armor™ gear.Completely disposable upon replacement. Replaceable inserts provide an economical solution to pest control problems.

Use for: trail riding or turnout, event competition or endurance riding, in stalls or paddocks, during trailer travel, hunting, or outside activities. So much more peaceful to enjoy these activities without being bothered by irritating flying bugs!

Fly Armor - Technical information:

Fly Armor™ insect repellent gear provides an invisible shield against flies, mosquitoes, gnats, fleas, ticks, and no-see-ums. They offer long-lasting protection.

The 'life' effectiveness of the inserts can depend upon weather conditions.

The inserts are scented (Citronella). Manufactured using only all-natural ingredients that are 100% free from toxic chemicals. They can assist in deodorizing stalls.

The Vaporguard® backing (prevents leaching of repellent through the noseband onto the skin) is a 3-ply laminate with an aluminum core, surrounded by 2 layers of multi-axially oriented, hih-density polyethylene.

UV stabilization of material: prevents degradation during extended exposure to sunlight.

Browband: Provides amazing protection while riding. During extreme heat it can stand alone to provide full face coverage. For turnout in lower temperatures additional protection will give better results.

Grooming/Bathing: It is recommended that Fly Armor™ gear be removed. Shampoo can contaminate the inserts, and reduce the life of the product. A build-up of dirt can cause repellent loss of effectiveness.
