This JMS Breastplate Ring Protectors are made of luxurious natural sheepskin. This wonderful puff-ball of natural fleece makes a long ride so much more comfortable for your horse and is essential for those with sensitive skin. This super comfy sheepskin protector wraps securely around your horse's breastplate. Secured with Velcro® strips for quick placement or removal.

Sizing Guide: Small will fit "Zilco" breastplates, and Large will fit "Barefoot" breastplates.

5 of 5 Great to prevent chaffing and rubbing August 8, 2017

My guy wears a 5 point breastplate and had severe chaffing.  This ring is perfect for what I needed to prevent rubbing.  I actually see his hair growing back.  Just wish they had matching covers for the shoulders and girth.
