Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. Please don't hesitate to call us with any questions regarding your order, at 541-773-6300, or toll free at 877-865-2467.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please contact us to verify your order status if you are unsure of your order status.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Your tracking number and information will also be sent to you via email when your order is processed for shipping; if you did not receive this email, check your junk mailbox (just in case) and call us for the tracking number. We ship via UPS or USPS.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper (either UPS or USPS) to confirm that your packages were delivered. You can do this on the shippers individual websites. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
My product is missing parts.
  Whoops! If your items are received with missing parts or pieces - please call us so we can make it right! Reach us locally at 541-773-6300, or toll free at 877-865-2467.

Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already, as some customers request "split shipments" when stock is limited or on back order. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper (UPS or USPS) to confirm that your packages were delivered.
When will my backorder arrive?
  When items on your order are out of stock, on order, or on back order - we let you know first! We keep you posted with updates as we receive them from our vendors and suppliers to ensure you know when to expect your items.
