Fast Service.. I had to return a product and they were very gracious and handled things very professionally.  Good company to deal with.

PS..the product had nothing wrong with it, it was just too big for my animal.

5 of 5 Fantastic piece of tack! December 27, 2016

I love my red ART beta biothane headstall and have been eyeing the matching breastplate for a year now. Got it for Christmas and took it on a 4 hour ride with friends the next day, crawling/cantering over 9 rather soggy miles of about 3000ft elevation gain. The breastplate was easy to attach, easy to adjust, and easy to unclip and clean when we were done. I am very pleased with this purchase!
